Which may be used to provide the service or product that you request, for internal and marketing matters, in order to contribute to the improvement of communication services and care provided to our customer, and also to offer you the range of products MRB trades, and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or business units, in their case, to treat them with purposes consistent with those listed in this Privacy Notice and those considered similar.

Should you accept any product or service offered by MRB, as an MRB customer your privacy is in good hands, knowing that your PERSONAL DATA is protected.

MRB and its business units mentioned in the above paragraph are RESPONSIBLE for the treatment of PERSONAL DATA collected, seeking to fulfill your request for a product or service.

The security of your personal information is our priority, and that is why we protect this information through the usage of physical, electronical and procedures protection, training our employees in the proper handling of personal information, to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing it.

You or your legal representative duly accredited may limit the use or disclosure of your PERSONAL DATA; also you may exercise, when applicable, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition that THE LAW provides, through a request submitted to the address above, at any of its business units.

PERSONAL DATA may be transferred to companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, members and collaborators of THE RESPONSIBLE ONE, within national territory for the purposes mentioned.

If there may be any changes to this Privacy Notice, we’ll inform you through a written statement, sent to your adress  or delivered to any business unit or message sent to your e-mail or posted via www.mregg.com.mx and/or www.harvestpride.com.mx, or through messages posted on the business units.

MRB will not be held RESPONSIBLE if the same information and PERSONAL DATA has been delivered to third parties by the customer and these people do not comply with the provisions of LAW.
